Hi @Pacman327,
We can recommend some troubleshooting to try here. Depending on the device you play STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes on, the troubleshooting steps will differ. The EA Help team have created EA Help articles to guide you through those steps:
- If you play on an iOS device, the steps outlined in this article will help with troubleshooting: "EA mobile game troubleshooting on Ipad and Iphone "
- If you have an Android device, please complete these steps: "Android troubleshooting for EA Mobile Games"
Before completing any steps though, we'd advise players to take a note of your Player ID or Ally code down for your own record keeping while you're still in your game, just in case you ever need to provide it to an EA support advisor.
