!!!LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE ISSUES!!!

Everyone who has faced problems with a Lightspeed bundle recently please comment and like this post! We need to escalate this and get EA’s attention on this issue. It is obvious that very few have been able to get any actual help on this matter. EA if you read this PLEASE HELP.

    I paid a lot of money to buy the profundity light speed bundle and just got 4K crystals instead of the actual characters/ships. Help??? I want what I paid for. 

  • shi is genuinely so lame, they just run off with our money and they just ignore the forums instead of helping the community 

  • These forums are a waste of time. You'll get no response. I've logged a ticket with support here which you can contact in game https://ea-production.helpshift.com/hc/en/ You submit a ticket using the live chat function and attach a copy of the proof of purchase and it should work. It takes forever for people to get back to you though but at least someone is replying. Try this instead

  • Same happened to me I open ticket but not get to me and tried to move me to another agent and when I ask are you not too they closed chat… I spend on it yesterday 4h……

    I tried contacting through customer support, but it would not let me choose a "console" even though I basically tried every "keyword" imaginable to mankind. Any support would be appreciated
