Funny, I and several others in my guild were able to replicate this exact same issue. I have used Mace against many teams and never had this issue, but ran into it in GAC against a Maul led Mandalorian team just like the first person reported. I seriously doubt several people would encounter this exact same issue by coincidence if it wasn't a real bug. Maybe you need a better team to replicate these issues?
I suspect it has something to do with Maul lead ability to move taunt around to the healthiest ally and dispel debuffs on that ally. So the shatterpoint is getting soft-dispelled in the code even though it shouldn't because it is still Mace's turn - or something like that. I specifically brought Mace in against the Mandalorian team so that I could around that Maul taunt effect.
My team: GMY lead, Jolee, Barriss, Mace, Moff Gideon
Enemy team: Maul lead, Bo Katan, Canderous, Armorer, Mandalorian (Beskar Armor)
Once you or your team figures this out, I would like to be compensated as I likely lost this GAC because of that. If you follow that as a guide, you shouldn't need a video. I don't have the time to compress a video to half a MB as is limited by this tool.
