Date of birth issue

I recently made an EA account and I went to connect to the web store and it said the EA account birthdate was different from the Galaxy of Heroes birthdate. I don’t know how to fix this issue. I was just trying to log into the Web store by the way I have never signed into the Web store. This issue may be here because when we set up the game several years ago with my dad he may have used his birthday. Could someone please check? My ally code is 391-577-634. Thanks
