Tried all app/device troubleshooting, up to and including resetting the whole device and installing just the SWGOH app on the reset device - didn't work.
It only affects this device, I can sign in on an bluestacks android emulator with the same account. Likewise my google play account works fine on the device for other apps.
My support ticket is 44410234, I've done everything from the troubleshooting page, cleared app cache, restarted device, tried it on different wifi connections and 4g - the traffic is getting out of my network fine anyway, see below;

- If you can contact any allies or guild mates outside of game, they can tell you. If you ever sync'd your account with swgoh.gg, you can also see it in your profile there.

- Tried to:
- Rebooted many times
- Clear game app cache and data
- Clear google services cache and data
- Clear google play cache and data
- Uninstall both game and google play
- Removed google account from device
- Revoked game permissions at google website
- Reinstalled all listed above, adding google account to device, started game, allow everything asked. No luck.
When I opened google play app, it seems to be logged in. Other games works well with the same google account.
@EA_Blueberry no idea if it is significant but this Google play games popup is pretty new, a change in behaviour.
See attached. It falls just after trying to login with this.
- I am a firm believer in flying solo so I have no allies and I am part of no guilds. So the only way I'd know my ally code would be by successfully logging into the game.

I even tried calling customer support last Thursday. He claimed some servers were "down for maintenance" and would be up within an hour. 4+ days later and I still can't log-in. He also said I would be compensated for my lost playtime. But I think he was just trying to get me off the phone.
*Finally* got back in. I got a network error as I was trying to log-in. How are we going to get compensated for losing over 4 days of playtime? Thanks.
I'm back in
Back in as well. Thank you to whoever got us fixed.
- everything appears to be working now...but, as i suspected, my google play achievements are all screwed up....and i really don't want to restart everything.. so i guess i will go without the achievement for completing the first training mission, even though i completed it, lol.
Yes I'm back in too, it looked like the game wanted permission to know my age and was unable to request it is something before? This time when I launched it out asked for my age and I allowed it.
Will we be getting all our stuff from 4 days of not being able to play back ? thanks
Yes, glad we are back in. Hopefully we'll be seeing a nice care package in our inbox for the almost a week of missed content.

Great to see that we have some of you getting back into the game now and once again we appreciate all your help providing us the info we asked for.
I'm going to keep an eye on this thread for a bit before I mark it as solved in case we still have more reports of this.
Have fun! @EA_Blueberry it's only half solved, there is still the matter of 4 days worth of progress werew all missing. Are there plans to address that?
