Re: Chimaera ult did not increase enemy capital ship's cooldown

Hi all,

We marked this report for review a while back and it was confirmed to be working as designed. Chimaera's crew ability "Strategic Dominance" doesn't increase the enemy's Capital Ship cooldown for "Call Reinforcement":

And if this is working as intended, I would argue that the description of the skill needs to be updated to indicate that the cooldown for Reinforcements is not impacted.

Which would make this a text bug, because the skill is listed incorrectly. It clearly says:
....Increase ALL cooldowns on the enemy Capital Ship by 1....(emphasis mine)
