We had to restrict/remove MTX items in order to comply with Chinese law. This is the intended behavior and not a bug when you are located in China.

I'm not in China now, and I have changed the region of apple ID to Australia as well. Why is it still not working?
It is becasue you are on iPhone. Apple and Ea have both bowed to the Chinese governments wishes.
Changing your region using a VPN neither of these will make a difference the accoutn is a Chinese account. I guess if you were outside China but set your account up there for "cheap crystal" reasons that is now moot.
