Are you playing on a different device and is the issue only appearing on Bluestacks?

We can see in-game activity on your account as of today.

    @EA_HighCommand Thanks for reply! Yes I do play on the mobilephone also. But emulator is my first choice, but since there is TW I were forced to phone it... It only appears on Bluestacks for me.

    Thanks for the reply @RagingWilly,

    If it only happens with Bluestacks it is most likely related to Bluestacks and/or your PC, since you can play fine on your mobile device.

    Unfortunately, we officially don't support emulators ☹️ but you can always try a different emulator or reinstall your current one.

    I just noticed the time since last available update for SWGOH. Posted screenshot.

    Sorry for foreign langauge, but it states; 5 weeks since last update available.

    Could it be your recent client update have yet to reach europe?

    Hi,

    I have the exact same problem as Raging Willy. I also cannot find any update in the play store (android).

    Have the fix reached Europe yet?

    The small update released on Sunday morning (Europian time) was only for iOS players and did not affect Android.

    @EA_HighCommand Thanks for reply! Could you guys maybe make a fix for android also? Iam not the only one with the current issue, but Iam the only one making a post here - just so you know, its not just 1 person -)

    Hi @RagingWilly,

    As I said before, officially we don't support emulators. Have you tried a different one (NOX, for example) or a fresh install of Bluestacks?

    We've had a look at our logs, but were unable to find anything potentially related, which makes it hard to narrow it further down, sorry.

    Here is what we do know:

    1 - I did nothing
    2 - Bluestacks did nothing (according to them as we asked)
    3 - CG did something 26/1 serverside
    4 - "Client must be restarted" as in SWGOH is trying to launch, but after "Loading Cantina", it simply fails (see original screenshot)

    So by logic, it is not my PC or anything else like that.

    But lets leave it, as in its not going anywhere. Thanks for replies so far.

    @RagingWilly If your last client update was 5 weeks ago, then you are missing the one from last week. I'm not sure how to force the emulator stores to see the new update, but you shouldn't be able to connect an old client to the current game.

    @GladOS-013Hi, thanks for interest.

    However, since I am an Android user, there is no client update for me. As @EA_HighCommand stated earlier, the latest patch were for iOS only.

    **UPDATE**

    28/1, 21:52 CET

    All emulators now works as normal. So whatever you did, CG, thank you.
