Re: Constant game freezes

I'm on a Galaxy S23 Android 14 and having the EXACT same issues since the update. Deleted data, deleted cache, reinstalled app, restarted phone, anything I could think of. Nothing works. The freezes continue. They broke something with this last update.

This is happening since last update, but CG continues keeping their mouth shut...

Just to add volume - I'm having exactly the same issue, and using a Samsung S23 Ultra. It's cost me multiple GAC battles, as it often happens when entering a battle (and upon restart I've lost the team and the battle), but it also happens other times, usually transitioning between screens.

Possible workaround.... set your phones resolution to the highest it can go and reboot. Mines finally not crashing!!

EA do you QA at lower res???

I have been able to complete about 12 battles without any crashes during the battle. It did crash a couple times when I was navigating around, but at least I was able to complete GAC and a few TW battles. At least its better than it was before.

Becoming a joke now! Thats me lost TB points, dark energy for SLKR and energy on conquest! Get this sorted!

why EA ignore this problem?

My GAC opponents probably think their defenses are awesome getting holds left and right. So at least somebody is benefiting from all the freezes I guess.

Please fix this. 

lost 3 important GAC Fights and Crystals to this freeze bug.

Thats me lost another GAC due to the freezing on my device! 

Are you burying your heads in the sand or are you going to fix this frustrating fault!

Hard to type that without swearing as you simply dont seem to care.
