Missing loaned unit tokens from online store bundles

I purchased pilot zeb bundle 1 and2 in the online store and did not receive loaned unit tokens as I did with those packs for R5. Is this just a delay in receiving them or moving forward will those loaned unit level tokens not be sent with these packs?
