@Tcrusher81 Hi, thanks for the report! This sort of thing can happen when your internet signal gets a slight delay and your client doesn't reflect the status on the server. When you think a button didn't work, try exiting that menu and reentering, which should force the game to show you the current status.

For a crystal refund, please contact customer support, and explain what happened, when, and how many crystals you lost, and they can usually assist players.
