I haven’t tried reinstalling because I heard you could lose your entire progress. Seems odd that it would be an app issue given that the error persists across both my iPhone and iPad and that they are on different versions of iOS. Also, it just connected on my iPad when I paired it with my cell phone and used cell data (instead of WiFi). Seems like some sort of bug in the game recognizing WiFi sometimes? I can reinstall on both devices, but how do I ensure I don’t lose my progress (or will it automatically restore for me?).

This article here should be helpful. Can you also try to sign out from your Game Center account first and start the game to see if the error is gone?
- brockstar23233 years agoNot applicable@EA_Gunner I signed out from Game Center and tried to launch game. Same error. Error occurs connecting via cellular linking to phone or on wifi. Seems to be somewhat random. Have no issues some days, but for the last 36 hours now I haven’t been able to get in on either device or by either connection type.
