I will create a report and let the webstore team investigate the issue. Your video and the error should be enough for them to investigate.

    @Kuningas-Anssisettings -> legal -> cross device tracking
    is this option On for you? if no toggle it on.
    also make sure the time setting on your android phone is correct. Set it to automatic time and date

    @Kuningas-AnssiSo its either an issue on EA's end or on yours. The sig(signature) is a encrypted part of the url that goes to your Browser when you try to EA Connect. It has The following Informations:

    advertisingId => given to you by EA to track you
    av => a version number
    dob => your date of birth as per your account
    platform => "Android" or "IOS"
    ts = the current time of your device

    so the only things you can influence of those is 1. your date of birth, 2. your advertising ID and 3. your timestamp

    if you have made sure your settings are correct.... the isue is on EA's end.

    Hey guys! I figured out ... Maybe it might work for everyone.

    Just try to change language on your device to English (US) or English (UK) and then try EA connect, It's works for me.😆
