Still no LSB fix and useless support

11 hours ago, I already posted about wanting to buy a LSB, the C3PO one, and it not being available for me due to a technical issue, for which I contacted the support. Now I waited for the support to answer me and their solution was: “just wait until the next promotion to get it”… I did that the last time, this IS the next promotion! How can you call yourself support and literally do nothing? 
If I worked like your support does, I wouldn’t have a job.
