I too am getting error code 3.0 I've tried contact ea and getting no reply what the hell is going on?

my ally code is 417-958-362 

please can you get back to me with a response asap

    The game closed itself when I pushed the small GA button at the right of the screen

    Un- and reinstall didnt help to enter my main account

    Its odd that I can enter my alt account after a fresh installation but cant get into my main account
