Refund Wat Tambor LSB

I purchased the Wat Tambor LSB via the website but I was logged into the wrong account. I just want the item on my other account instead, if possible to transfer or refund and I will re-purchase the item. I have tried the EA in-game help but they have been ignoring my attempts.
