I haven't taken the offers from Support for half the crystals refund. Previously, I would reply with the question of whether or not the issue would be fixed, they wouldn't acknowledge that there was any issue. At first I was told there wasn't anything they could do about compensation, then they offered me half and then they rescinded the half and said I couldn't be refunded, then they offered half again. And I keep replying asking if they acknowledge the issue. It's very disjointed since I'm dealing with a response from a different person every time. It seems like each one is just trying to push out a reply and get me to go away so they can close the ticket. I've finally broken through and found someone that says they're going to present the issue to the team. I directed them to this tread to help with the investigation. Hopefully, this gets addressed now. I'll keep pressing.

    Their reply tenor has changed since I told them I'd submit a Notice of Dispute. I'm not getting canned responses anymore. Still, not one of their responses has acknowledged the issue as evidenced in this thread. I've already got it mostly written up and I'm ready to submit it if they can't settle this. Part of my demand is to make a public notice to warn players of this error and to promise to offer refunds to those affected.

    Another day another 1280 crystals down the drain. I can't count how many times now I've caught myself before accidentally clicking "buy" but it's impossible to catch it every time, and I haven't been keeping count but I know I'm over 5k crystals wasted (not counting the 6k wasted that took a week to get a refund on). 



    I didn't need or want those Krrsantan shards - I had a plan for those crystals but they're gone now. 

    This must get fixed.

    In my case it was through in-game support. It took a week, with an average response time between support messages of about 24 hours. Which is to say, they would ask me something, and I'd respond within minutes, then the next day they would ask a follow up question - rinse repeat until finally the matter was resolved. I wouldn't get your hopes up though - in spite of this being a persistent problem they will insist that the refund is a "one time show of good faith".

    Lags have gotten a bit better for me. But the same issue still happens. => Click registering only where mouse cursor is after lag is over..

    Yep, still happening for me too. I've got a little better at catching it when it happens, but the problem persists and I'm sure it's a matter of time.

    I almost forgot about this, but then it happened again and I almost bought an unnecessary Omega Fugitive pack today (got her 7 star already)
