Re: Formal request for Refund - Nerfing my investment is NOT acceptable

English isn't my native langage, so maybe I misunderstand, but technically toons aren't nerfed : it's the mechanics of the raid that changes. Am i wrong ?

@p4k031 people have spent money on characters and gear because all the information to this point said they would be good in raids. Now those characters will not be as good and are not worth the investment

@p4k031 Altering mechanics that define these characters, even if limited to events, after we've already invested $ into buying and building them for the use of those mechanics is called "bait and switch". This is illegal in the United States and many other countries. Additionally, if you release a character with a bug - think Visas Marr - that makes this character really good but then change - even if it's to fix a bug - and devalue said characters performance, that too is labeled as "Not as Advertised" and you are entitled, in the United States at least, to challenge and recoup any and $ spent on it.

Well ive honestly already contacted PayPal to see. I'm sick of this. Its unacceptable we should be able to use mechanics we find as long as it's not bugged. If it is a long standing character that has been purchased or farmed leave it be
