Hi @hunchew and sorry about that.

The scenario you subscribe looks like you've lost internet connection during the battle. The delay for the victory screen is one indicator for that and the error message also relates to this.

Please make sure that you have a strong and stable internet connection before doing important battles (raids, GA, TW, etc.), to prevent this from happening.

The mechanic that your team is consumed when a restart happens during or at the end of the battle is intended, to prevent exploitation.

Hi,
I too had the same issue (for some reason I cannot click on submit when I try to report the problem). This cannot be happening because of internet connection loss. I've seen more people suffering this issue. Many people having the same issue at the same time is very unlikely to be internet connection problem at the client side.
Also I tried wifi and mobile network as well, the whole game is slow, I got like 50 infinite loading screens today, lost GA match and Arena matches as well because of this (I actually won, but the game timed out with the same error). I probably losing about 200 crystals today because of this and probably a zeta and some gear because of the GA loss.

The internet connection is perfectly fine and stable. I've had these restarts happen while on WiFi and LTE. Seems rather random and hard to pin-point.
There should be a way to prevent abuse and still be able to solve this problem. It is incredibly frustrating to lose a winning team for no reason at all.

My wifi is stable and fine... just keep happening like this.. please fix... connection issues.... my other games is working fine... and im preety close to my router...

@EA_HighCommand Me and my guild members have also experienced the same issue while carrying out their battles in TW and GA. A potential win has turned out a LOSS because of the restart scheme.
We were all having a stable and strong internet connection, and not in a remote area where internet may be scarce. Please look in this matter.
