Re: Getting connection error - unable to access a required internet resource error

Hi folks,

This error message tends to pop up when there's an issue connecting to the internet. There are two things to try:

If you haven't yet, could you run through the troubleshooting steps available for your device?
If the issue persists after troubleshooting it, it may be an ISP issue. For that please contact your Internet provider.

Once you've gone through those steps, and continue to get this error message, could you fill out a bug report to flag this as a potential bug.

@Dangermoooose i have the same issue. Restarting phone, deleting the app, clearing the cache, turning mobile data off and on, turning wifi on and off, none of these work. All tips on what to try are appreciated 🙂

@EA_Lanna Me too! I have the same problem now. I also have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the APP, clearing the cache, turning off wifi, turning off mobile data.... but nothing helped.

I've the same issue but nothing is wrong with Internet connection on other apps only this game app
