Hi @pakman011, and thank you for the report.

We are currently investigating those reports but, so far, have been unable to find the root cause of the issue. We continue but are unable to refund any used tickets at this point.

Why aren’t you able to refund any tickets if it is a bug in your game?
Why don’t you take ownership for your issue?

Same thing happened to me today.. makes me hesitant to try again and lose another 70 ls currency..
