Re: GL Rey infinite loop HSTR p4

    @EA_UltraSlide This was the case for me as well as I entered with Rey lead, Jedi Knight Revan, General Skywalker, General Kenobi, and Jedi Knight Luke. Once it was down to Jedi Knight Luke and he lost 50% of his health, he couldn't die and his tm kept getting removed causing traya an infinite loop attacking. Recorded it as well for reference.

    @EA_UltraSlide Upon further review, Rey's Manifest Inspiration should have stopped the tm removal as it states toons with damage immunity cannot have turn meter removed. Perhaps Raid Bosses were an exception to this however, it is not stated in the ability and should not exist because of this infinite loop.

    @171317131713 The ability that prevents light side allies from having to reduced while they have damage immunity is Rey's Unique "Manifest inspiration." Since it's a unique, it only works while she is alive - therefore Han is not immune to tm reduction in your video.

    @GladOS-013 It's not Han in the video but because her unique is not applicable, it causes the loop. I'm suggesting if it did continue, the loop would not occur.

    It looks a lot like Han. See picture from the only video in this thread. 

    Making uniques persist beyond death would have a huge impact on many aspects of the game. The studio will have to see if they want to make any adjustments - the easiest might be removing Traya tm removal ability after Enrage. 

    Or they might decide that it's working as intended.

    I just wanted to clarify that Manifest inspiration appears to be working as intended. 

  • @GladOS-013 They don’t need to have the unique persist after death to fix this, just need to move the piece where Damage Immune characters can’t have TM removed to the same place that applies Damage Immunity in the first place.

    Ridiculous that they won’t do anything about this months later. EA/CG is more than happy to resolve infinite loops that work in players’ favor but sit on their hands when it’s something that harms players.
