When trying to launch today, I'm getting Error Code 9.0. My internet is stable and fast, and it's happening across multiple devices. This is gonna make me miss the last two days of the Marquee, which I needed to get her to 7* after spending for them.

Additionally, I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps. I have noticed this is also happening when attempting to make a 'guest account' on Android for me, but it is working on secondary accounts.
This is still occurring for me. I've done everything I can troubleshooting wise on my end, please help
