@Sekundhand Hey there, thanks for the report. From the screenshot you provided it doesn't look like the issue was resolved. Please send me your Customer Support ticket number so we can look into it.
For everybody else who has selected the wrong date of birth on the account, please check out this post under "Changes" and see the steps to contact support and get your age corrected:

If you've already went through the process of correcting the date of birth on your account with our customer support team and you are still seeing the underage restrictions in game, please send me your customer support ticket number via private message so we can look into it.
