    Thanks for replying.  I wasn't sure how to let someone know that I didn't receive the original rewards rollout.  I saw other people posting so I did the same, but I didn't want to post any of my info like ally code or anything on this public forum.  I did get a support ticket created and I did receive my rewards on your second attempt I believe so everything is good now.  Thanks
