Lightspeed purchase issue

Purchased the Queen amidala bundle (Jedi ambassador bumdle)  and payment was taken, yet not received in game.

Checked the webstore and the bundle had disappeared. After an hour or so the bundle re-appeared but whemever clicked on it said payment processing. May take up to minutes. Way after 10mimutes it still stated the same. Checked payments and orders on my ea account, which stated the payment failed. Then double checked and the payment has 100% been taken.
