Re: How do you submit an “in game ticket?”

Thanks for asking. The steps will direct you back to the help page, that is working as intended. By creating a ticket on the help site by starting that process from your SWGOH account, it will ensure the ticket will generate necessary information and link to your SWGOH account when the Help ticket reaches the support team.

The full steps to send in a Help Ticket from your SWGOH account are: 

 
    1. Locate the ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen

    2. Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site

      The page will display Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes support articles which could resolve your issue. If you can’t find a solution in a support article, please follow step make a support ticket.

    3. To make a support ticket, scroll down to the bottom and click the Contact Us button

      • or open EA Help article and select the Contact Us button at the bottom of the article contents:

    4. From there, select the relevant help categories and submit a help ticket

  • @EA_Lanna Hi And thank you. I was able to submit the ticket. However, the EA Help representatives keep asking for the same information and never actually telling me what is wrong with what I’ve sent them. To my knowledge I’ve provided it to them. I’ve asked that someone call me to walk me through the issues but I just get the same copy and pasted response.

    It’s hard to imagine anyone putting in as much effort as I have to receive a product they have already purchased.

    The support team ask for valid Proof of Purchase. If you've supplied proof of purchase in line with what is detailed in this EA Help article for mobile purchases, the support team will be able to proceed and deliver the content you're missing: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/#mobile

    It might take a day or two for the content to arrive but if it takes longer than that, after trying the available troubleshooting steps first, the support team may need to escalate your case.
