@EA_Lanna Hi And thank you. I was able to submit the ticket. However, the EA Help representatives keep asking for the same information and never actually telling me what is wrong with what I’ve sent them. To my knowledge I’ve provided it to them. I’ve asked that someone call me to walk me through the issues but I just get the same copy and pasted response.
It’s hard to imagine anyone putting in as much effort as I have to receive a product they have already purchased.
