We couldn't locate your account with the Ally Code you provided, can you double check that please?

Also, do you recall any other additional details which might be connected to this or if you did anything different in the past week?

Sorry, I wrote wrong my ally code. It is 468-693-481
I didn't do anything different than previous my game playing. I couldn't miss to join it because TW is my favorite event in this game. If you follow my activities in my log file you will see how many days did I online? I believe that game will evaluate my missing items. For this problem, I didn't do anything wrong.
