Sorry to hear that. Purchased items are known sometimes to show up into your inventory up to 48 hours after purchase.
Did you recieve your purchase or are you still waiting?

When 48 hours have passed, you can contact ingame support .

    How Long does it take for the support to go through These requests normally? I sent one out on Thursday eve After not getting the bundle in the morning. Thx in advance
