This is not a Bug. As per Description you have to defeat the sidemobs first

I do but they just regain their health
- @Skogsskimmer yea thats also in theier description. get rid of all the blue buffs. Only then you can kill them all. Pleas emake sure to read the Descriptions of the enemys abilitys by long pressing them within the battle
