@mop3k Hey there and thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked your account and confirmed that you were indeed missing the 980 Territory Battle Currency that you redeemed from the inbox on 15/06/2019. I've also checked the rest of the items you redeemed from the inbox around the same time and confirmed they had been added correctly to your account (those were the PvP rank rewards).
Not quite sure what happened there but I will keep your case as an example if we get any additional reports. At the moment it looks like an isolated instance.
