So if I closed the AD once I can't purchase it again??
Is there a way to get the ad to come back up, or is the Merchant Bundle available somewhere in the store? It said the pack was available for 2 days, but I am unable to locate it now to purchase

The ad will be available a few times per day.
This doesn't answer the question - why does it not appear back in the store?
