Reset ability Disguised clone trooper

Logged in, when looking at mods then noticed a +6 notification to my disguised clone trooper

clicked on him and it’s like his ability lever ruse had reset itself? Lost zeta and all had to rebuy up to teir 6 and waiting on zeta 

are some abilities resetting in character?
