Re: Jedi Master Kenobi event crash report investigation (log request)

Time occurred:  4:46pm ET and 4:47pm ET on Feb 8

Similar to the previous poster, my game crashed in the middle of the T1 battle.  Thinking it was an anomaly, I relaunched the game, did the same battle, and it crashed AGAIN mid way through.  I just lost 30 tickets that I spend crystals to farm.  

Then I come here to see that this has clearly, unequivocally been a KNOWN issue for months and months.  I honestly don’t know what to say.

if there is any way to refund me the tickets, crystals spent or just add the 20 shards I lost to my account, that would be appreciated.
