Re: JMK ultimate ability unlock event bugged

What about compensation for the rewards I missed out on over the past month and a half as a result? All of the tickets gone to waste in the various crashed battles?  And the inability to stockpile tickets for the next GL because of the bug.  And why does in game support even exist if they don't do anything but waste our time and be disrespectful?
