Re: Loss of crystal purchased dark side currency

What do you mean if I see this more often?!!!!!! I lost currency that I paid for in crystals because of a bug in YOUR game. That is a ton of time lost farming those items, all I’m asking is to get back what is mine by right. Why are you guys so * at support? Why is nobody helpful. This shouldn’t be a difficult situation, just check my account, see that the game crashes when it was loading a galactic legend event and refund the currency I spent on it, or alternatively the 500 crystals I used to buy the 60 currency I spent. This is not rocket science, just be helpful, FAQ’s and telling me to reach out of it happens more often is not even remotely helpful.
