We have checked the logs we have access to and were unable to see any reason for the freeze you encountered. Can you please take a look at our troubleshooting guide in the hopes of avoiding this in the future. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any Dark Side energy used. Sorry!
