I also have this issue, it seems to happen only on my Android account. The battle times out but does not end. It seems related to the Silencer or FoTP. Very frustrating as Ships battles are of course very RNG based and this is happening in Arena.
Just happened to me after updating with 6/17 update.
The same thing happened to me in Territory Wars
