Thank you for your report. We have this flagged as a bug but we are still investigating it's root cause.

I also have this issue, it seems to happen only on my Android account. The battle times out but does not end. It seems related to the Silencer or FoTP. Very frustrating as Ships battles are of course very RNG based and this is happening in Arena.
