EA QV TeamYou are not eligible for the event because you have too many shards. Overall you need to have less than 100 shards to be able to play the event. Your Ahsoka is already 6 stars and this is over 230 shards.
maybe the problem was not clear, or the elegibility was not clear enough, but when the event started I had 82 shards, then i did the ahsoka part and got the 230 shards that the event gives.
after this i read the post saying the last 100 shards wouldd be given in a pop up. Andd mu problem is that i never got the pop up.
So if when the event started i only had 82 shards, which is less then 100, i should be elegible to get all the reward, since i even did the ahsoka tier in the event
is it possible that if you do the event first you dont get the pop up with the 100 shards? cuz thats the only explanation for not recieveing the reward
yes and i did the event an the pop up never showed
