Game crashed while claiming TW rewards

Hello, game got stuck on the circle progress graphics then crashed with contact us/restart dialog box while claiming TW rewards from the inbox (right after TW end).

Definitely lost the rewards (win, 380M tier).

Please assist, hopefully there is a way to credit my account with this.
