Thanks for the information. I am older than 18 years of age so I'm not quite sure why it says I'm younger. Could you provide a link for the EA help so that I can get this resolved. I am not quite sure where to submit the request. UPDATE: Never mind, I found where to go to submit a request. Thanks for your help in identifying the problem. 🙂
