    Thanks for answering, but almost 2 weeks has passed since the issue occured and beside the notice of investigation, no info were given. Pls. could you share us some details whats happening and when will the problem be solved? Thanks again in advance...

    Exactly! This is a known issue that they created with their last update and they keep saying it’s a known issue. Thank you for reporting it but it’s over 2 weeks now and still nothing. Send out an apology to us. Send out ability mats for free to at least get those stuck over the hump for now. Get this solved.

    The most frustrating in this issue is that I started to collect the Featured Jabba months ago, and just 1(!) day before I could finish it, that weird situ happened. And now weeks passed nothing happens even the information about the solution is missed. Customer experience...

  • Same here, I spent money to unlock Jabba faster and now I've dropped a Grand Arena rank in part due to not having him at full strength. It's really killing my interest in continuing to play the game.

    Dear EA support,

    Reading the topics and replies it seems after more than two weeks the problem is not to be solved, but even getting worse. Would you please at least add a feedback about the current process beside this annoying, "we investigate..." thing? It would be a bit comforting during the time of waiting.

    Please DO SOMETHING to fix this. I was also 1 day away from finishing jabbe. Its frustrating to see that the leia has issues also, i dont care about the journey that stalled the jabba journey at the moment. The lack of info from the devs is extremely frustrating. FIX IT OR SEND MATS SO WE CAN MOVE ON!

    Great.

    Always the same. We investigate. We believe we have found the solution. 
    We released an update in the App Store. We did not solve the problem with this update, but we feel free to leave our gamers alone and don‘t tell them. Let them find out for themselves that we did not fix it.

    Bug is back for me. During the time the bug popped up for me last week I was somewhere around 3/12 on ult tokens. When the journey went complete at the time of the bug, I did the final journey mission that would normally award ult tokens exactly 2 times. After the journey bug was fixed however and I could resume spending dark side currency for ult missions, my journey progress had jumped to 5/12 but only had 3 ult tokens. Those 2 battles I did while bugged must have carried over with my journey progression count without awarding tokens. I waited to report the bug until today because I again just completed the journey today but as you would guess I only have 10/12 ult tokens. So I am stuck again, journey complete and unable to earn tokens or dark side currency.

    Thanks for the next reply @EA_Gunner , but it didnt solve anyhing, since no new information added. It's almost a month passed and no solution. So please would you send us the last material, what we waiting for?

    Or do you want to solve the problem at all?
