Wrongly banned for "Repeat Offenses"

How did you beat this Endurance in 9 seconds?

I don't know, but I have never used any third party apps before. I promise. I only play on my iOS device and when the PC client came out, I played on that. I don't remember if that endurance was low gear and I was able to one shot with the AOE attack from Negotiator, but yes, I do not recall. 

Okay so I just checked my last 6 months of GAC history and I don't even see where I even fought this person. What was the date listed where you found it?

They seem to do bans in batches, nothing for a long time then today/yesterday some complaints similar to yours on the forum.  I very much doubt it has anything to do with the last couple of days.

For offences of account manipulation, it's basically one and done.  There aren't any warnings.  You can't rewind the progress from cheating and you'd be interacting with other players with a tampered account.  I looked through your history and saw a lot of matches that looked too quick.  I guess, I could do that with most accounts though.   

I also didn't see the posted image match-up, but you're nearly double the GP of when that happened.  So, it was probably a while ago.  That match does look quite categorical.  There was a match-up in April too, that to me looks blatant for another reason.  There is an appeal page, but tbh you're not going to talk them around, even if you cheated only a little; the damage has been done and cannot be reversed. 

I haven't cheated at all. I don't play on an android or anything where cheats could even be possible. I play strictly on iOS and then played a little bit on the PC client. For the matches that appeared quick, I do not know what to say about that. I have been hardstuck in carbonite/bronzium even with multiple GL's and decent teams just because I barely play the game. If I am steamrolling battles with people who don't even have relics from one AOE attack from SLKR or whatnot, then that very clearly isn't cheating. I have already sent an appeal. I hope it does get turned over, but if it doesn't then whatever I guess. Just really unfortunate. 

The “repeat offences” part of that message is standard text, and appears in every ban notification, even if a player has cheated once and only once. 

Cheating isn’t just about GAC (though I did find one suspicious battle where you had defeated a Chimaera fleet containing Hound’s Tooth and the Hound’s Tooth still had protection). Players can cheat in the raid or during unlock events as well. 

There is always a remote possibility that one of your recent GAC opponents where you bothered to try may have been disgruntled and hit the “report” button in game, which led to a dev not properly checking your history and banning you. Hopefully an appeal is successful in that case.

And again, I do not know where you guys are seeing these battles. I have checked every GAC battle that SWGOH.gg has shown me and I haven't seen anything too weird so a specific date where you found that stuff would be helpful. But I haven't cheated in Raids, or Unlock events either. Never cheated at all, I promise. And I am unsure how I can prove that.

I can’t think of a reason HT would die with protection still remaining but that particular fleet battle is not one I have much experience with, so I could be wrong. 

Profundity Fleet looks legit, but there’s nothing there to show why HT kept full prot.  Nothing about Han’s Falcon, Outrider or Y-Wing or even Profundity herself can deal true damage around protection.  

I saw something similar from a totally different battle.
