Community Admin@Lore_Cahain Hi, what region are you in? There were some places that weren't getting a required update but this update should be available again now. If you don't have the option to update automatically can you try a reinstall? Hopefully the issue has gone away on its own since your post though.

My region is Europe/Germany. I tried to reinstall but after deinstalling the game i am not able to find it in the Google Play Store the usual way and everywhere else is written "Your device isn't compatible with this version.". I have been able to find it in the Google Play Store by just using the browser to get there, but the result is the same ("Your device isn't compatible with this version."). Now i am using Leapdroid just to be able to play the game and that my guild can count on me in TB, while still using Line on Nox for the communication with my guild. If you were referring to my phone, that has to be the problem of being an old phone and i had a couple of guildmates that had the same problem, because aside from crashing during raids and combat without Sim-Tickets the game works most of the time and i have no problem installing updates on it. I had already someone on the german side of EA try to help me but she seemed to ingore the reasons i stated why i am unable to play the game on my phone and gave me the standard reply which might have helped someone who was unable to start or install the game on their phone, not someone that has the problem with ingame crashes (like: restart the router, change between W-Lan and 3G/4G, try it on another device, close all other apps in the background, reinstall the game, etc.).
