i bought the bundle 2 days ago and didn't get the upgrade on R7 on my toons. I've opend a ticket at EA help but no answer so far. please help.
After several days of dealing with the help center, I received the upgrades I ordered from the bundle and was allowed to keep the erroneously delivered crystals and coaxium as compensation. Exhausting, but thank you.

At least you did and im happy for you. I still haven’t heard back and their “contact through live chat” and “solutions” haven’t done anything to help
