I recognize that he has a revive in his kit. That is not the issue. The issue is that he is reviving with his prior buffs which is incorrect. If it were correct then everyone in the game would be relicing this toon up. THIS IS A CRITICAL BUG AND DEMANDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
