Missing Omicron Refund for Ezra/Merrin Adjustment

Issue: I received the inbox compensation message regarding the recent changes to Ezra (Exile) and Merrin. However, while I received the other materials, the 20 Omicron materials were never added to my inventory.
Details: I had the Omicron ability unlocked before the update. After the refund process, my Omicron count remained the same. Could you please look into my account records to verify this?
