Your Vader is Super slow at 160 speed. Add in the bonus 56 from his Unique will only bring him up to 216, of course he is not going first.

my shard is not full of 200+ speed vaders sorry . not every single shard is the same . i barely see over 200 speed vaders so i dont know where your getting your info on my shard.
